Epidemiology & Population Study

In our department, we strive to extend our reach through collaborative and partnership research.  Divisions of General Surgery, Urology, Neurosurgery and Paediatric Surgery have been involved in several epidemiology and populations studies, both nationally and internationally. Through these collaborations, we are able to contribute to the understanding of prevalence, risk factors and regional factors affecting surgical disease. We utilize applications such as REDCap for data capture and database management.
