The socioeconomic implications of these cognitive disorders are profound; cognitive decline is associated with a loss of independence, a reduction in the quality of life, and death. We are interested to assess the cognitive decline associated with surgical factors in the peri operative period \u2013 quantifying the loss of quality of life and cognitive decline in various fields
